Cosmetology Educational Scholarships by Sport Clips
The $1,000 scholarships are offered to students by Sport Clips. To become eligible to receive this scholarship, students need to attend a US college which is a member of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS). Though there is no limit to the number of students who can apply for this program, each year the Sport Clips chooses at least one from each college which has the membership of AACS. These scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence and the financial need of the candidate.

That is a lot of money and you can go a long way with a beauty school with that much. I do hope that it goes to someone who really needs it. Studying in a beauty school can get really expensive and luckily, those cosmetology continuing education are not the same since they are required for my license renewal every two years.
